Long days = big breakfast.
On days of travel it’s important to leave the house after eating a nutritious breakfast. This prevents: gas station stops, drive-thru food and unnecessary snacking. Breakfast will also help me stay focused on the road, and provide my body energy.
Today’s Breakfast:
- 2 Pieces French Toast
-Made with: 2 whole grain pieces of bread, egg whites & cooking spray.
- 1 Green Apple. Sliced.
-Smucker’s sugar free syrup , 1 tsp powdered sugar & 1 tsp ground cinnamon sprinkled on top.
Not gonna lie I spend 86% of my time imagining different scenarios in my head
